Time for my favourite post of the year - the list of sports books coming next year! It’s a long list with over 200 books and no doubt plenty more 2023 releases will be announced over the coming months. Some of these will inevitably be pushed back but so far the year is looking good!
For those who don’t want to read the entire list (although I don’t understand why not!) my pick of the upcoming books I’m most excited for (or have read and loved) are set out first, followed by the entire list sorted by sport.

🏀LeBron by Jeff Benedict. Promises to be the definitive bio of LeBron James by the co-author of the excellent Tiger Woods.

With the “definitive” biographies of Magic and LeBron coming next year, do you think there has been one written on Kobe? Several good books on parts of his career but I’m not sure a comprehensive one has been written. Am I missing one?
